- Doctify provided Dr Widhalm with a feedback link to include in every online invoice being sent out.
- This ensured that every patient had the opportunity to leave Dr Widhalm feedback.
- An alert was also created so that Dr Widhalm received an email if a patient left a review of 3 stars or less.
