The Patient Voice Awards are back, and we are excited to once again recognise outstanding care and providers who embody patient-centric excellence. This year, the celebrations are breaking new ground, extending beyond those who utilise the Doctify platform to collect and share transparent patient feedback.
Here’s all you need to know about this year’s edition.
Celebrating patient-centred care
At Doctify, we believe that every voice matters, and no patient should ever be left unheard. With the Patient Voice Awards, we aim to acknowledge those who share our deep commitment to making patients’ voices the catalyst for positive change within the healthcare landscape.
This means that this year’s awards have opened their doors to all providers, regardless of whether they use Doctify to harness the power of patient feedback. We’re here to recognise providers who share our unwavering commitment to building trust, fostering transparency, and placing the patient firmly at the forefront of their practice.
By participating in the Patient Voice Awards, you have a unique opportunity to share how patient feedback has been the driving force behind your journey to provide exceptional care. Your story could become the next chapter in the legacy of patient-centric excellence, serving as an inspiration to future generations of healthcare professionals.
Remembering last year’s winners
As patient-centricity becomes increasingly pivotal in shaping the future of healthcare, we were thrilled to see so many exceptional providers actively embracing the potential of patient feedback in the previous year’s Patient Voice Awards. These dedicated providers, including Prime Hospital Garhoud, Ishaq Bin Omran Medical Center, and Kuur Physiotherapy Center, as well as individual professionals, were recognised for their commitment to harnessing patient voices to gain insights into unique patient needs and for using this invaluable feedback to improve the quality of care and enhance the overall patient experience.
We were delighted to see recognised providers proudly sharing their success on social media and websites, showing their dedication to improving the patient experience. They celebrated their achievements and sent a strong message to their patients – a promise of ongoing service improvement for an exceptional patient experience.
As we approach this year’s awards, we’re excited to see that same enthusiasm and commitment from all providers who value patient feedback, whether or not they use Doctify.
