Step 2: Access Doctify Dashboard
You will be notified with an automated email the instant a patient requests a video consultation. To access this enquiry, follow 3 simple steps:
- Visit www.doctify.co.uk and click ‘Log in’ in the top right-hand corner of the page.
- Enter your Doctify Username & Password
- Go to the ‘Messages’ tab to find the patient details.
We understand that you may wish to use our system to advertise video consultation time slots that are not going to be facilitated by the Doctify Video Calling software. We permit you to advertise your services, regardless of what video calling software you use!
- You can provide your own Video Consultation link for an appointment if you don’t want to use the Doctify Video Consultation service
- You can create video consultation rooms without needing to create a timeslot if you wish to use their own practice management system to send patients video consultation links
- You can also create video consultation appointments without needing to first advertise their slots. This means you can use our calendar to manage all your video consultations if you wish.
