We are excited to announce the launch of Doctify Patient Voice Awards, the industry’s first data-driven and transparent recognition programme honouring providers that put patients at the centre of everything they do.
As transparency is one of Doctify’s core values, we want to utilise the data and metrics we have collected over the years to determine the providers who lead the way in delivering the most exceptional experiences to patients.
We will analyse hundreds of thousands of patient reviews collected through Doctify across various specialities, hospitals, and practices to identify providers that strive to provide outstanding patient experiences.
We will evaluate data based on the volume of reviews, ratings, and consistency to select those dedicated to listening and responding to patients’ voices to provide the most exceptional patient-centric care.
