We are incredibly proud of what we have achieved so far at Doctify. Since launching in 2015, we have grown from a startup founded by two doctors into a leader within healthtech.
Recently, we reflected on the positive changes that we have made so far. This led us to think about what we want to accomplish in the near and distant future. As we move ahead, we want to do so with purpose, supporting patients and healthcare providers in the best way possible.
Looking back: Why we started Doctify
We launched Doctify to add greater levels of trust and transparency into healthcare. We have never once deviated from this pursuit. Throughout the years, we have worked incredibly hard to create a platform both patients and healthcare providers can rely on.

Taking stock of where we are now
The time and effort that has been put into growing Doctify has enabled us to reach a point of celebration:
- Doctify is used by patients and providers across the UK, Austria, Germany, Australia and the UAE
- Over fifty million patients have used Doctify to make more informed healthcare decisions
- Close to 25,000 healthcare providers collect their feedback through Doctify
- Over 100 talented professionals now work within the Doctify team across five different countries and counting
We are excited by the prospect of making further impactful changes to healthcare, on an even bigger scale.

When we sat down to define our mission for the future, we knew it had to reflect our purpose. It had to demonstrate exactly how we plan on adding further trust and transparency into healthcare. It also needed to reflect our position as a catalyst for positive change. We are bold, ambitious and dedicated to driving real improvements in the healthcare industry.
Our mission
We are on a mission to become the first global healthcare review platform trusted by patients and providers everywhere.
By 2025, we want Doctify technology to have helped 100 million patients access the best specialists, and to have supported healthcare providers across the world in collecting the valuable feedback that they need to deliver patient-centric care.
Here are the steps that we are now taking to achieve our mission for the future:
Growth into new markets
We are focusing on our growth in Germany, as digital health is now a priority for the country.
Doctify is currently being used in Germany. Our goal is for patients and healthcare providers to continue adopting our platform, so that we can continue to improve patient care through digital innovation.
And we don’t plan on stopping there. Expanding in Germany will support our growth throughout Europe and even further afield into healthcare markets such as the USA.
Developing our product
We are constantly evolving our product. In the coming months, we will be focusing on developing the Doctify Insights & Analytics Tool. This will help healthcare providers to access the information that they need to understand and learn from the experiences of their patients.
Additional features such as custom questions and a Doctify app will also be introduced.
Growing our team
As part of our next stage of development, we are recruiting new colleagues across our highly talented workforces already in the UK, Austria, Germany, Australia and the UAE. We are incredibly passionate about finding and developing professionals who understand and are excited by Doctify’s vision for the future.
