What have been the main benefits of using Doctify for your practice?

We’ve definitely noticed how much easier it is to turn interest into bookings. Previously, calls to support could be tricky, but now new patients often book directly online without needing to ask any questions. We’re confident this decision is influenced by the positive reviews they read, as we’ve heard from many new patients when asking why they chose us.

We’ve always preferred spontaneous feedback, as it feels more genuine, so we didn’t want to ask directly for reviews. But we knew validated reviews were crucial, especially to meet CQC requirements, so we needed more than just Google reviews. Doctify has fully automated the review process, which has been a huge help. How do you use the feedback from patients?

Most of the feedback we’ve received has been fantastic, and it’s been a great boost for the team. Out of 176 reviews, two stood out and prompted changes in our practice. One review made us more aware of the need to respond promptly to patients, helping prevent them from feeling rushed. The other highlighted the challenge some patients had in locating us, as we’re based upstairs in a busy NHS clinic.
