Following a shoulder injury Ed at sportsfit treated my daughter through a 12week rehabilitation program. Ed was easy to get along with, gave clear direction on exercises and how the program of exercises would progress and why. My daughter is back to full gymnastics training now which is making her extremely happy!! Ed was very helpful and we will return if we have other injuries to attend to.
