Overall, my experience with this practice has been good. The staff are friendly and the practice is professionally run. Wait times are less than ideal - I now only have Zoom consultations so I can at least work while I wait. There seems to be an aversion to technology - e.g. scripts are posted, pathology forms are scanned and emailed.

Dr Winters was very professional and really took the time to understand my needs.

Fastastic service. It is so hard to get a dermatologist appointment in Sydney. This service was a life saver for me. Dr Sera De Menezes was incredible and for the first time in years I feel that I am in control of my skin.
