I recently had an appointment with A/Prof Homi Zargar and his team. This is the first part of a 2 part review as the surgery has not been carried our yet that will happen in October. The process started with a phone conversation with the reception staff who could not be more helpful. When I arrived for my appointment I was met with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Homi and his team were not only highly efficient and professional but also incredibly engaging and compassionate. They took the time to listen to my concerns, explain everything clearly, and made me feel truly cared for. Their human touch and dedication to patient care are truly commendable. I highly recommend Homi Zargar and his team to anyone in need of urological care so far. I will update this review after the surgery which I am sure will go well.
