I have had appointments made without notifying me but if I cancel I would have to pay the short notice fee. I have travelled 350km+ one way for an appointment that was cancelled by your staff and never notifying me to cancelled, then once my issue was raised, the responsible staff member changed her notes to make look like had called me, my phone records show her lie. I am unable to travel long distances easily, this stuff up cost me money I don't have as a sole parent with debilitating injury, I took 2 days off work, not sick leave, non refunded accommodation and child care plus fuel for drive. I have not had any assistance with the out of pocket costs from this person's incompetence. A tiny apology is al I got, then mucked around once a different appointment made to possibly help, I was sent from Doncaster to Geelong for appointment that was actually made in Cranbourn. Nearly 1000km of unnecessary driving due to incompetence of Precision staff. I have also had the same receptionist argue with me the day that original appointment was made before she cancelled it without telling me that there was not a current referral with Precision. I gave provided a new or reproduced a current referral nearly every 3 months. The day she was rudely telling me none was on record was only within weeks after I had provided a new referral and know was received by you. Along with the above, there is $850 I cannot claim Medicare for as they won't process the invoice you provided and I am out of pocket this still from payment made December 2023 for procedure in January 2024 with receipt given to me weeks later in February 2024. The medical facility Doctor that you subcontracted from has billed against my name without my knowledge or signature and Medicare won't accept your receipt as another doctor has claimed that fee code.

Trevor is exceptional. Not only has he stopped my headaches, he's had me avoid surgery which another dentist was saying I needed and I no longer need botox. Trevor is extremely knowledgeable and set me up with new mouth devices that set my jaw into the right position - again something previous dentists hadn't done properly, further causing the headaches. I can't recommend him enough!
