Always very professional to deal with

My stay in Maryvale was wonderful. Except I was in room 36 and it was an iceberg. It was so cold I came home with a cold. Everyone said how cold it was even the specialist. This needs to be dealt with. The nurse found me a heated blanket and a fluffy blanket to keep me warm . I had 10 of the hospital blankets which was heavy. But the beautiful nurse gave me the other blankets . The food was delicious. I was not impressed with the cleaner , she didn’t clean the bathroom once while I was there . The nurse’s got me clean towels. But the cleaner didn’t mop or clean the toilet . Over all the hospital is a beautiful hospital. Thank for your time

My medical care has been excellent but the continuance of care is extremely difficult. It is difficult to get an appointment, follow up appointment unless it’s an emergency. I am grateful that unknown precancerous things were removed from my bowel but the original problem of constant stomach pain, diarrhoea etc is only now being addressed and it’s been 1 year . I waited 2 months for initial appointment, 1 month for colonoscopy, 2 months for op , was told to wait 1 month to get results but rang and waited 2 weeks , Waited another six weeks for appointment to address original issue . All the while with low grade pain and diarrhoea every day unable to participate in regular life. I have complete faith in the medical care but expect that your diagnosis and treatment will take years.

It's a pleasant hospital. Never been there as an inpatient

I have attended this clinic on many occasions now. Reception staff, nurses and the very wonderful doctors I have met all give an amazing experience. Friendly, knowledgeable and extremely caring. I would highly recommend to anyone with any dermatological problems. A+++

Friendly, professional and informative professionals. Fibroscan non invasive and very interesting. Both operator and Dr took time to explain procedure, results and plan of action.
