At long last I am writing this to you. You may not remember me but you were instrumental in giving me a total hip replacement on January 16 this year. I feel somewhat selfish as I have really enjoyed having my new hip and yet I have not expressed my thanks to the person responsible for my present good health. I am very grateful to you for what you did to me and for me in surgery. My new hip is really wonderful and gives me little pain. Thank you so much for your skill in giving me such a painless body part which seems to delight in its new location in my body as it gives me very little pain these days. May I express my gratitude to you for your skilful action in operating on me. I really can’t remember the pain I had prior to January 16th. Thank you so much for what you did for me as I feel very grateful to you every day of my life. May you continue to bring relief to so many people and enjoy good health yourself so you may continue to ease the pain many people are suffering before they come under your skilful hands. Great surgeon, easy to speak to.

I fully understood my options for my condition and ultimately what was to happen in surgery as well what actually happened. Hospital staff were amazing.
