The staff are overworked and do the best they can with some demanding patients. Not impressed being in a 4 bed ward and another patient being very demanding when the nurses were trying to do obs and give out medication.

My experience has been wonderful as I have telehealth appointments as I’m still having trouble on long drives.
Sometimes I'm in a lot of pain and emotional they were very understanding and patient with me on the phone.

We were the only ones waiting while Jennifer had another client but we didn’t have to wait long and it was quite environment
