I recently had Bilateral Carpal Tunnel surgery and upon awaking from the general anasthetic I was pain free and I never even needed to take a panadol! 

Totally pain free surgery (for me anyway) let me tell you I was absolutely blown away that having your transverse carpal ligaments cut could be so easy and pain free.

Thanks Carpal Tunnel Clinic and Dr David Melsom I owe you a lot more than the cheap surgery fees!
