John is polite and courteous and all procedure have been fully explained an perfectly executed (as far as I can tell)

I could not fault the treatment. Its amazing how only a few words of reassurance can alter the whole atmosphere of the experience. I felt well supported throughout, and a bit of a running commentary about how things were going and assurance that the tasks were being completed effectively generated confidence in me and enabled me to feel quite peaceful about the whole event. I cannot thank you enough.
