I have been under Mr Orlans’ care for almost a year now and have undergone multiple complex surgeries due to an unfortunate recurring retinal detachment. I cannot recommend Mr Lai highly enough. He cared for me from 12 weeks and delivered my baby via C-section at The Lindo. Given my history of miscarriages, I was extremely anxious at the start of my pregnancy, but Mr Lai’s care and reassurance throughout helped me relax and feel confident that I was in the very best hands. The regular, detailed scans and his clear, balanced explanations were incredibly comforting. He was always accessible, took the time to answer all of my questions, and never made me feel rushed or dismissed. I am also very happy with my C-section recovery and scar. I would additionally like to mention that his secretary is wonderful—always helpful and very easy to get in touch with. I am truly grateful for the care I received and would not hesitate to recommend Mr Lai.

Once Again Dr Chiraush Patel was outstandingly professional and kind. I was fortunate enough to get an appointment within an hour of calling. It cannot be overestimated how important it is to patients to have a well trained Doctor with exemplary bedside manner to help the patient to recovery. This is true of all the other GPs at One Stop, but I am lucky enough to see Dr Patel mostly. My standards are very high but Dr Patel exceeds them by miles every time I visit (I only visit sparingly). This is medicine at its very best and reminds me of when GPs were true family Dotors back before fundholding. I am fortunate indeed to have such excellent GPs. Thank you Dr Patel and OSD!
