We cannot recommend Shalini enough. We started our journey with her at 28 weeks, and from our very first appointment we felt we were in incredibly safe and capable hands. She provided us with all necessary information to make sure we had the clearest possible picture and the safest plan for delivery. When my waters broke unexpectedly, Shalini acted quickly. As there was a GBS associated risk in my pregnancy, she immediately ensured I received the necessary medication and arranged induction without delay. What I especially appreciated was that nothing was ever presented as a rushed or one-sided decision - we had discussed it in advance, and she had carefully explained all the pros, cons and risks, so we felt informed and prepared when the moment came. I hoped for a natural delivery, and I am deeply grateful that Shalini genuinely supported that. She did everything possible to help me deliver naturally and never pushed for a C-section from the start. She monitored everything very closely. Unfortunately, my labour did not progress as hoped, and we ultimately had to proceed with an emergency C-section. But Shalini gave me enough time and more to make sure that my body did all it could before deciding to proceed with the C-section. The operation itself went beautifully, Shalini did it herself, fast and neat, and my recovery has been surprisingly smooth. Shalini is someone who genuinely cares. That gave both me and my husband enormous confidence throughout the entire process. Most importantly, we always felt safe with her. She brought calmness, positivity, and energy to one of the most important and vulnerable moments of our lives. She managed the rest of the medical team well, and it was clear that everyone else in the room trusts her and are of very high opinion of her. If we are lucky enough to have another child in the future, we would choose her again without hesitation.

I had Rhinoseptoplasty conducted by Mr Biggs and recently had my three-month assessment - and I can say I am thrilled with the outcome. For context I have suffered with a quite severe deviated septum for most of my life and in the last year or so I was having real challenges breathing at night. I had had previous septoplasty with another surgeon that did not provide the expected results and so I sought out another surgeon. After much research I came to Mr Biggs who thoroughly examined my nose, presented the options and then went on to perform flawless surgery (which was technically a revision procedure). The results more than exceeded my expectations. Mr Biggs is a wonderfully caring surgeon who took the time to go over all my questions and gave me great reassurance. Especially after my failed first surgery. I am so happy I found him. I would highly recommend him.

These have all been actioned in a logical fashion with all results being clearly explained and presented to me in correspondence. The reception lady at the main reception when I entered of the car park , saw me enter, looked up , looked back to what she was doing and in the time it took me to walk to the desk with a crutch she still dud not greet me , there was a pause where I'd hoped she would have said hello but she ignored me , I was the one who had to initiate announcing my arrival , she could have even said " I will be with you in a moment " instead of blatantly ignoring me

Overall care was good and friendly. Patients who suffer severe pain after surgery, as in deep bone pain, should be issued a small supplement of pain medication or pain control on discharge. I required stronger pain medication during my 2- night stay, which was kindly dispensed to me but my request for a few extra tablets to tide me over at home, was declined. I suffered greatly the first few nights at home and had no sleep at all.
