There was a lot of confusion in regards to my follow up appointment post surgery. An appointment was booked and agreed for Monday morning, another appointment was booked for the afternoon in addition to the morning appointment, which I tried to rearrange for the following day and recieved confirmation, that appointment I found out later had not been booked and one was made for the following week, and I had called to confirm the appointment for Monday morning too. I found out later that the Monday morning appointment was cancelled but I was not told this until I arrived for the appointment early. Gill at reception was extremely helpful and was immediately on the case to help me as this was a wound check appointment. She spoke to Nikki and Bev and I was able to be seen very quickly. I appreciated all the help I was given by Gill and she helped me create my next appointment for 6 weeks time and navigate the situation well. The appointment itself was informative and very good. I believe there was a mix up with the lists for the day and it seemed to be that everyone just got confused with what appointments for me were needed to be rearranged/ cancelled. Everything was resolved quickly and calmly, and I thank everyone for their help in resolving this.

I never feel rushed during appointments, and she ensures nothing is overlooked, even when symptoms are complex, intermittent, or difficult to describe. She is reassuring, methodical, and clearly committed to understanding the full picture of my health. I would highly recommend Dr Cavill to anyone looking for a caring, diligent, and highly thorough doctor.

I can’t recommend Debra highly enough as a physio. I had physio for my middle child 5 years ago with Debra and again with my now 10 month old baby. Debra is calm, patient, and so knowledgeable, which instantly put both me and my baby at ease. She has a wonderful way of engaging with babies, turning each session into something that feels more like play than therapy, while still being incredibly effective. She always takes the time to explain what she’s doing and how we can support our baby’s progress at home, which has been so reassuring as a parent. We’ve always seen such positive progress under her care, and I’m so grateful to have had her support. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Debra to any parent looking for a skilled, compassionate, and trustworthy paediatric physio.

Having had an excellent experience with Mr Shukla performing a total hip replacement on 3 November 2025, I mentioned to him at the 6-weeks review meeting that I was experiencing increasing pain in all the joints in my hands. He explained what it might be and wrote to my GP to get me referred straight back to him. This all happened very quickly,, despite being an NHS patient and I saw Mr Shukla again on 27 January 2026. We reviewed x-rays and could see plainly that I have osteoarthritis in both hands. He offered a range of potential treatments and we decided to go for injections into the most badly affected joints. Mr Shukla has been excellent throughout and I look forward to getting a date for my procedure soon.

The waiting area felt like a barricaded corridor that was set up to harvest organs down the back of an alleyway. With the scales about a stretch of an arm away from the tightly seated row of patients looking directly at you, not much was existent of privacy. The room that I went into for pre op observation could be mistaken for the entrance door to a toilet cubicle. Inside was much similar. Repeated knocking from other staff member during your appointment also made the whole thing seem rushed. It didn’t feel like England, let alone Spencer.

He was excellent in every way. He had a superior knowledge of the issue I was presenting with, did a thorough physical exam and ordered further tests to pinpoint the problem. He was courteous and approachable and an excellent communicator. I feel as though I am in good hands, finally, w/ this orthopedic issue (for which I've seen several doctors in the past), and I am confident that a surgery performed by him on it will result in success and alleviate the pain I have been living w/ for too long.

Different time slots and sessions or more flexibility. Clearer communication between services and funders. Digital timetable, links and resources could benefit from being clearer/more easy to find. Mixed bag of staff, although the weaker ones did go quite quickly it still felt as though I was a bit of a guinea pig and didn't get as much from those sessions. Core team very caring, compassionate and supportive. Environment is an downside, a shared office building is not the best setting.

Very good ,only thing is after surgery and just before final appointment I was asked for my bank details I had paid everything last Nov a month before my surgery they agreed everything was paid but wanted to have a bank card on record ,Why ? I was asked again when I went to see mr smith for my final check up ,absolutely no need if front of other people when I didn't owe anything it made me feel like I owed something even though she said it was a token just to have it on record

I took the decision to have the cataracts removed from both eyes at the same time thereby reducing recovery time. It was an excellent decision - the care and professionalism provided by Clarity was excellent with clear and concise instructions. The administration of the necessary eye drops was all consuming for four weeks but well worth the effort. The difference in vision is quite astounding. Thank you Clarity.

i felt confident with Mr Kass and the staff. constantly reassured as each stage progressed and was visited by Mr Kass during my stay, which made a great deal of difference to my state of my mind, as both Mr Kass was approachable and it felt the staff was confident with his instructions, ensuring i was aware of the changing situation and helped me accept the situation, which resulted in a second operation

We arranged an appointment to see Mr Mettias due to concerns around a lump in our 8 month old son’s ear and the NHS waiting times taking a long time to get it seen. We were able to make an appointment quickly, Mr Mettias assessed our son’s ear and the lump. After doing so, he explained his diagnosis and options for next steps clearly giving us the information we needed
