Bim and her nursing Team were amazing from start to finish. Extremely professional, understanding and friendly, making me feel at ease straight away. Bim listened to my long ongoing medical problem and was able very quickly to help me get everything much more under control and to feel much better than I had in months. Amazing Team, hospital was lovely and very clean. Reception were very friendly. I found the whole experience a positive one and would recommend Bim & her nursing Team to everyone!

I walked in to my first appointment with Dr Otify feeling helpless and exhausted. I walked out with answers, a plan and finally had someone willing to help. He was kind, understanding and listened. Dr Otify is incredibly thorough and considered all angles when analysing my situation. I could not have wished for better treatment and end result. Throughout my recovery after surgery Dr Otify was available to answer my questions or concerns. His secretary was also very kind, helpful and quick to reply. Everything you don't normally experience. So if you are looking for a detail orientated doctor, who generally cares about his patients and their long term holistic well being, then Dr Otify is definitely all that and more.
