I recently needed a repeat prescription for my medication and just wanted to leave a review for my smooth and positive experience. Typically, I find that getting a repeat script in the public health service can take ages as one has to talk to reception first and then wait to speak to the doctor, who calls you back when they find time and then on top you have to then wait for the prescription to be sent to the pharamcy. I thought this was the just the norm and I just had to suck it up and deal with such an inefficient system. In contrast, my experience getting a repeat script sent to my pharmacy using the the Mindbridge medical website was such an absolute breeze! It was literally a matter of minutes and a few clicks between me making the request on the website, the script being made, sent on to the pharmacy and Dr. Raaj sending me a notification that it had been sent to the pharmacy. Its the focus on making the user experience as easy as possible, fully embracing the use of technology, super quick response times and the ease of accessing a doctor that makes me so damn glad I transferred my care to MindBridge. Can't recommend them enough!

Liz and Wendy were incredibly professional, warm, and reassuring, which made what could have been a stressful experience feel calm and manageable. Everything was explained so clearly and thoroughly — I felt fully informed and confident in every step of the process. The procedure itself was handled with such care and expertise, and the aftercare advice was just as excellent. It’s clear that they genuinely care about both babies and parents, and go above and beyond to provide the best possible support. I’m so grateful for the positive impact this has had for my baby, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the Resolution Clinic to any parent dealing with tongue tie. Truly exceptional service.

I have been with Physio Studio for over 10 years now both at the end of my amateur football club days and now as a runner. I started there with an ACL related injury and have had pretty much the works since. Tight neck, back and shoulders all fixed from desk work and never came back (so long as I follow orders haha). I had fractured bone i foot and was back walking within 3 weeks without the boot. I have torn my hamstring and been back on the roads in no time. They both Toby and Gerry have always remembered my history and applied that knowledge to develop real fixes to my issues and I have incorporated their excersizes into everyday warmups and activations to keep most of my issues from regularly recurring. I went from a being a walk run 5k to 3:48 Marathon runner while being on the bigger side and not having an athletic background at all. They know what they are doing.
