Hello, I have been in counselling with Mr.Cullinan for over a year now. I had not felt heard by other counsellors in the past but I always feel heard and understood by Mr.Cullinan. Personally I have noticed myself and others around me have said it, that I have improved greatly with going into shops I now even do it alone often. I am still nervous but able to talk to my bosses in a workplace and ask for things (annual leave I used to be afraid of all management). Mr. Cullinan is very perceptive also he can tell by how I enter the counselling room if I am tense or stressed and so on. He not only lets you talk about what you need to but he gives reminders of healthy habits to make for yourself and things to do when certain things happen. (Example I do not like my appearance so Mr.Cullinan said to make funny faces in the mirror. As silly as it sounds it has helped me do something fun when I look in the mirror rather than start to abuse myself) . I recommend counselling to everybody I meet since starting counselling with Mr.Cullinan

I went to William's clinic with lower back pain, mostly going down the right side of my hip, and also tennis elbow on my right arm. After the first treatment I felt much improvement, both in the hip and on the arm. After a few treatments I got better but there was still a litle bit of discomfort in my hip.I thought it was ok for me to live with it, but William gave me the hope to believe I didn't have to live with that discomfort and that I could get free pain. He recommended me a few exercises to do, and after a few more treatments and the exercises, I finally got free pain and a stronger back.Thanks very much William for your help and your patience.
