Maya is a dedicated chartered physiotherapist and Pilates instructor who completed her Bachelor's degree at the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland in 2022.
With a keen focus on overall wellbeing, she combines manual therapy, dry needling and individualised exercise therapy to help her patients recover from injury, increase physical activity, and improve performance.
Maya currently teaches our Pilates classes held on Tuesdays and Thursdays at Physiocare in Mount Merrion.
Having also previously worked at the Hermitage Clinic, Maya is equipped with the knowledge and skills to help patients of all ages/cohorts.
