I have been a patient at Southfields Dental Care for many years. I no longer live in London but I make the journey from the north of Scotland as I have full confidence in the practice. They are competent, courteous and kind.

I had no waiting time before I was seen by Michaela. Treatment was fully explained, any questions were answered and I was made to feel as comfortable as possible throughout. Very professional, lovely people - a very positive experience.

The booking service, prior notification service, reception service, waiting-time, cleanliness of the establishment all get an excellent rating. The hygienist was not proficient or dexterous, was not well-presented, he did not have a good 'bedside manner', his customer care and overall performance was well below the usual standard for Riverside.

Manrina and her team have made a visit to the dentist an overall positive experience. Always at the end of the phone or email ! I look forward to my catch ups and would highly recommend using the practice.

I had a crown replaced with Monisha and Magda. They were very friendly throughout and made me feel very comfortable.
