Friendly and helpful staff

Overall I had a great experience friendly and efficient staff members.

No one likes having to attend a medical consultation, however the whole process with Spire Shawfair was perfectly managed.

First time visiting this hospital, it was quiet, everyone was friendly, there was always someone to ask and clear where I needed to go. Clean, comfortable waiting room and not a long wait time, felt very well run.

Very efficient and friendly service

Very disappointed with pre-assessment - was made to scoot on chair across room then had drops put in eyes with out warning. Felt like I was a number. Excellent service from reception and staff upstairs on surgery day.

This is an excellent hospital. All the staff are both friendly and highly professional. Nothing was too much trouble.

My experience of the Wilmslow Hospital before, during and after my ear surgery has been excellent. The information I received about my pre-operative assessment and what to expect on the day of surgery was extremely useful and helped me to feel at ease. On the day of my operation, everything ran smoothly and efficiently. All the people involved in my care were friendly and attentive and they couldn't have done more to ensure I was well looked after. The facilities and cleanliness were exceptional and I was made to feel very comfortable during the time I was there. I would definitely recommend this hospital to others.
