Dr Patel was very professional and welcoming. It was the first time I felt like I was being listened to and taken seriously. No question felt too stupid and I really felt as though she had all the time in the world for me which was such a refreshing experience. She carefully explained everything and answered every question I had, before coming up with a plan that put my mind at ease. I’d recommend her over and over again - seeing her to discuss my daughter’s allergies really has changed our lives for the better.

Dr. Muriel Meso was very polite and took her time to know us and her patient. She was very attentive and was able to advice us very clearly on what next, which was not our experience with our last pediatric endocrinologist. We loved her and we look forward to our upcoming follow up session with her.

My husband and I visited Dr Chin around 18-24 months ago with our then 1 year old daughter, with a daily wet cough who brought up mucous on a regular basis. I just wanted to say thank you for taking us seriously and seeking help for our daughter- she's recently had some stitches put in her larynx for a cleft larynx. It seems this was allowing fluids to leak into her lungs causing the persistent infections and ill health. Since the stitches she has been in the best health we have ever had her in, so thank you!!!! Without the support of Dr Chin, our daughter wouldn't be where she is now, a mostly healthy 3 year old.

Dr was kind and understanding. He was listening continuously and made us feel supported and comfortable. He is very knowledgeable and understanding.We would love to continue our reviews with him

Outstanding professionalism and extremely knowledgeable. He gave a thorough consultation and examination to my child. He reassured us and gave clear information and advice. Dr Coren was very approachable and friendly. I appreciated that he listened to my concerns and gave me the time to talk.

Unfortunately, I'd not rate Dr Vadamalayan highly. My child and I were in and out in 10 minutes and I felt that he didn't listened to me much or took any notice of what I was telling him, even before we left the room he was checking his phone. Even my child commented " that was quick mummy, it took us 25 mins to get here and only a few mins to see the doctor!" Despite telling the doctor that my child did not suffer from constipation he prescribed tablets for a colonic transit study so my child had to take tablets for 3 consecutive days and on day 4 an x-ray of abdomen was done. He called us a couple of days after the x-ray, he didn't even have the results and asked us to tell him once again what our concerns were which I thought he'd have had noted down during our initial consultation. He then called a few days later to tell me that he had found the x-ray results and there was no sign of the tablets somy child did pass them and didn't have constipation which I had told him already. The only thing he could suggest was giving my child laxatives to make my child have diarrhea and clear out the intestines which again was unnecessary as the reason for our visit was to find out why my child throws up occasionally while feeling absolutely fine and well, without any sign or symptoms of any illness. My child did not suffer from constipation. I told him at the consultation that it could of course be psychological but I wanted to rule out any physiological problems and focusing on constipation was not helpful. Having had to pay the excess on our health insurance and other bills I'm very unsatisfied.
