I contacted Mr. Yamamoto as I had an enlarged prostate and a psa of 14 . I had tried Finasteride but didn’t like the side effects. I decided on HoLEP treatment and read the very good reviews on line so made an appointment with Mr Yamamoto. He explained everything clearly but was not pushy about me having the operation. In May I had the operation at Nuffield Health . Mr Yamamoto was excellent before during and after the operation. As was the Anaesthetist and all the staff from the nurses to the cleaner who showed full consideration during my overnight stay. The outcome of the operation has so far been very successful and after the three week follow up consultation the biopsy results were fortunately clear. I fully recommend Mr Yamamoto if you are considering HoLEP at whichever hospital you choose to use you can’t ask for a better surgeon to do the operation.

I was seen very shortly after my appointment time, so I appreciate the timekeeping here. Andrew seemed knowledgeable about my issue so I felt I was in good hands. Have yet to see positive results for an improvement on my condition, but I have hope!
