Very friendly atmosphere.

Top class facility.

The team was very friendly from arriving at the reception, to then having my scan and the team looked after me especially as I was feeling nervous. I received my results very quickly and it was thoroughly explained to me. I would highly recommend this clinic for anyone looking for a private MRI scan.

It’s a well run and professional practice. Would be happy to go there again.

Mr Manisali gave me the best of care at all times. Melanie and the staff and 9 Harley Street made the experience extremely easy.

Everything fine

I visited this lovely hospital which impressed me from the moment I arrived and was greeted by the secretary with such a beautiful smile which is really comforting for any patient needing help. The same lady offered me a seat till the doctor was free to see me. There was a TV in the waiting area and I asked if I could use the toilet which wasn’t far from where I was sitting. Soon, the consultant surgeon came to call and escort me from the living room to his surgery and he was asking me question about how my life was going and other stuff that were relaxing because his conversation made me relax and don’t think about my ailment for a moment. The very advanced equipment that they had in the surgery and indeed in the whole hospital were comforting because I did not to go anywhere else for ct scan, mri or x-ray; everything was there and handy. The consultant professor was explaining all that he was examining to me, because my inside was in front of me on the screen, I was like watching movie of the inside of me. He then after looking into what was causing the illness and was comforting me that It wasn’t serious as I thought when I came for the check-up, so he dictated this on a small device in his hand to his secretary which he escorted me to visit and there he left me and went back to see other patients. The secretary took my credentials and finished with me in no time. Soon after, I received an email, which was a copy of what they sent to my GP explaining all about my visit and the recommendations from the doctor. I was never as relaxed in visiting any hospital or indeed doctor surgery like I was when I visited ‘9 Harley Street’, part of Phoenix group of hospitals and would definitely recommend it to any one needs a hospital visit. Mr Kiran Jumani Consultant ENT Surgeon Genuinely came across to me as a kind and caring person and I believe he will do everything within his expertise to find out what is causing my mucus cough I feel very confident that once he has looked at the endoscopy he will be able to diagnose the problem.
