Overall experience was more than excellent in every aspect

From the time the appointment was made to the time I was seen, it was very seamless. Excellent experience created by every team member who had to deal with me. Love the immediate access to bloodwork and scans without having to make another appointment. Awesome and prompt communication from everyone. Each team member was very sympathetic and focused on getting me better. If I had to travel from afar, I would still prefer to come to London Bridge Hospital.

Some staff members at reception and administration were not aware that they are employed to serve the patients. Attitude problems.

Efficient and effective service from all staff involved. The consultants are very approachable and clear in describing medical terms.
