I could not recommend Mr marando enough. He is a markable surgeon, his scar work is just unbelievable. I am absolutely over the moon with my results—I couldn't be happier! The transformation has been incredible. Firstly, let me tell you about the procedure. After having my old breast implants for 15 years, I made the decision to replace them with smaller implants. The outcome is fantastic—my breasts now have a natural appearance, with no rippling. Not only that, but I also feel a newfound freedom of movement, and my clothes fit much better now. To be honest, I was expecting Mr. Mirando to recommend a lift procedure if I wanted to go smaller. However, to my pleasant surprise, he assured me that it wouldn't be necessary. The relief I felt was immense, as I had been dreading the potential need for an uplift. I must commend Mr. Mirando and his staff for their warm and welcoming nature. They were always happy to answer any questions I had, making me feel comfortable and supported throughout the entire process. Even after I was discharged from the clinic, the nurse checked on my recovery by phone, which I greatly appreciated. It's these little gestures of care that made a big difference. Right from my first consultation, I felt reassured and had a positive feeling about the procedure. The entire journey, from start to finish, went incredibly smoothly. In fact, I was completely pain-free after the surgery and didn't even need to take any pain relief the day after. I'm currently in my second week of recovery and I'm amazed at how well I'm progressing. While I'm following all the aftercare advice, I already feel like I can do everything I did before the surgery. Mr. Mirando is truly a miracle worker. If I ever consider any more cosmetic surgery in the future, I would 100% choose him again without hesitation. My experience with Star Clinic was absolutely outstanding, from my initial consultation with Mr Marando to talk through the procedures I was interested in, abdominoplasty and VASER liposuction and the results I was hoping to achieve. I’ve had a couple of procedures by Mr Marando so knew I was going to receive excellent care and end results this time too. Mr Marando is meticulous and goes over everything in fine detail answering any questions you may have. He’s kind and very personable too which is good for people who might be nervous. Mr Marando saw me in his clinic and advised me to have an upper blepharoplasty (eyelid surgery). The whole experience was made as easy and comfortable as possible. Mr Marando’s team are efficient, welcoming, and so helpful. The recovery after surgery was much quicker than I expected with little scarring, bruising, or swelling by week two. I am very pleased with the result. My eyes look wide open, look more youthful and I feel I have a wider field of vision. I had been quite apprehensive about having surgery but I am so pleased that I went ahead. The new consulting rooms are very chic, a beautiful environment to visit. I would not hesitate to recommend Mr Marando and ask for his surgical expertise again.

Having been unsure about going through a cosmetic procedure, I can only speak positively of the experience from initial consultation right through to post surgical follow up.
