Very reassuring, warm, friendly and very professional

Met Dr Pal because of an AMD diagnosis. He was very careful to manage expectations around the affected eye and set up routine check ups. When the other eye showed signs of wet AMD he was very decisive and started therapy right away. He explained the prognosis and progress very carefully and has successfully slowed down the process. Dr Pal makes sure he makes every decision based on current testing. He also takes the time to communicate carefully and with empathy.

Slight wait for the appointment but Mr Pal was incredibly calm, reassuring and thorough. Took the time to go through scans in detail and provide me answers to my many questions!

A professional, clear and thoughtful specialist. He is backed up by a superb assistant. Although it’s not good news for me Mr Pal manages expectations and is caring and kind in his delivery.
