She thoroughly explains what to do to move forward, and puts it as straightforward as I need it. Also explaining why the decision was taken because I tend to pester on it till I get the explanation with details I want.

I believe I made the right choice seeing Ms. Joana to help me work through some issues. Not only is she knowledgeable, but she is kind, patient, and a warm person overall, which made it easy for me to share deep personal experiences with her. She listened and was genuinely interested in helping me work through my problems, both during our sessions and via whatsapp as she sent me numerous prompts and activities that I can use when I’m alone. Even after I travelled and discontinued my sessions, she continued to ask about me and I really do appreciate this. Thank you Joana.
