I had a sprained ankle, and after 4 sessions with Conall Hoey, I became fully recovered. The sessions were fun with easy and very well explained effective exercises which were doable at home and at the gym.

When you think of going to a physio it always seems like a chore. However the whole rehab process with Nicolaas after my Acl repair surgery was fairly enjoyable to say the least at he kept the sessions challenging and interesting. I believe I was able to bounce back quicker because of the targeted movements/workouts during these sessions. Thank you Nic

I tried Lanluma treatment with Dr Shiva because I didn’t want to have fillers showing dramatic changes in my face. It has improved my skin texture and even my friends tell me I don’t look tired anymore. I also did skin tag removal in the past which was painless and quick, and also NAD drips.
