Very good experience

This was my first time visiting Beaute concept and the whole experience was a 5/5. The technician Johansberg was very friendly, patient, and answered any questions I had about the laser hair removal process. For a new patient and someone to now to the whole process, she really made me feel at ease and assured me every step of the way that it will be worth it when I see the final result after 2 sessions.

The staff at New Ivory is so kind! They always follow up with you a few days after your visit to make sure everything is going well. They make you feel cared about :)
