Pauline was like an angel sent to us. She is kind and so patient with our children. So much engaged with all of them with their needs as required. You have mentioned that personal care is one of your core values, however, I had a bitter experience today (25th July) evening with one of your staff at the main Reception. It was an Indian lady(from Kerala if I am correct). She is a slim, dusky woman. There were 3 staff at the Reception, and this lady was sitting in the middle seat. I had an appointment with Dr Achraf at 8 pm. When I reached in front of her seat at 7:50, she was looking at some paperwork. She didn't even bother to have eye contact with me or greet me. After waiting for a couple of minutes, when I said Hello to her, she rudely told me to wait. If you really value personal care, please make sure your staff, specially the ones sitting at the Reception, have the basic courtesy to interact with the customers in a friendly way. Rude and unprofessional staff will bring down the reputation that Prime holds. I would appreciate if you let this lady know about her incompetence, and train her to be a thorough professional. She should be able to multitask. If she can't handle customers properly just because of some paperwork, she should not be assigned to the main Reception.
