استشرت الدكتور شريف لأن لي تجربة سيئة مع أحد زملائه، فأكد لي أن التحاليل التي أجريت أظهرت ضرورة إجراء فحوصات متعمقة، وأن ذلك يتطلب طلب موافقة شركة التأمين من المستشفى أولاً وأنه سيقوم بعمل اللازم، ثم تلقيت اتصالاً من أحد الموظفين أخبرني برفض الطلب. كنت أتمنى أن يكون الطبيب هو الذي أبلغني بالأمر وناقش معي الباقي، كنت أتمنى أن يتم إعلامي بعد ذلك، تم رفض التأمين وما الحل. وحتى لا أكون غير عادل معه، ربما يحاول إيجاد حل. ويؤسفني هذا النقص في التواصل وترك المريض لمصيره دون دعم أو توجيه

I can say only good words for my experience yestarday at Zahra hospital and especially for Dr Filippos. Dr Filippos was on time to do the procedure and explained to me all the details about it. Also after procedure he informed me everything about the procedure. I can't thank you enough for the special, excellent care you have provided to me. It is very important to have so good doctors.
