The doctors suspecting cancer from my initial scans and that put me and my family in a very emotionally challenging phase because we had never had anybody in our family go through cancer. I feel like I went onto depression just because of their suspicion. Upon confirmation of cancer, I started meeting oncologists to get my their opinions and treatment plans. The treatment plan would more or less be the same but I would go home being more anxious and emotional. I met Dr Bharadwaj and just in my first meeting I felt much more relaxed and in control than other days. My family felt the instant change in my behavior and without considering anything else, we decided to proceed with him - and thereon it was all downhill. Dr Bharadwaj, undoubtedly, has a certain energy with which he is able to calm his patients down and make them feel positive and much better about themselves. Before having experienced this myself, I got the same reviews from his past patients. He never seemed unapproachable, unwilling to walk us through the process with the required level of detail. Just having him around during chemo cycles, surgery and post surgery gave me a sense of relaxation. He has definitely made this journey much easier for me and my family.

He has been very open, informed, and skilled in his field from the beginning. The best doctor I have ever encountered is Dr. Khaldoon, in my opinion. Our experience with the malignancy caused us trauma. But now that I've met him, everything looks simple. Nine hours were spent on the procedure. However, he removed the tumor as promised, causing no further harm. He performed the surgery in the same manner, as he had described to me on the paper.
