It’s been a comforting experience being under Dr. Anfal. She is thorough in her explanations, very calm and empathetic with her patients. She takes time to address our concerns and doubts. She offers more than one option to suit our needs. After consulting with her, you always leave confident of the treatment plan and in peace of mind. She is definitely an asset to the hospital.

I’ve been struggling with my skin for decades. Due to hormonal imbalances and wrong treatment during my student years I’ve had infection spread all over the face which left wounds and deep scars afterwards. I’ve been crying looking into the mirror and understanding that I will never get my even skin back in my life. It damaged my self confidence and has been a big trauma for years and years. I have been fighting and trying to finds the ways to improve my situation, with many doctors throughout many countries to be able to regain my confidence and be like other “normal” girls with beautiful skin and without a need to always photoshop your imperfections. Sometimes I felt like I want to give up however and stop torturing myself and my skin. But then I felt I need to continue and try - you never know what exactly will work! A year ago I met Doctor Anna and I told her to go hard and do what it takes to get visible results and that I’m ready to take time to recover if the treatment is too strong. She gave me hope. We’ve just finished 3 session of strong laser resurfacing and I’ve been already hearing comments from my friends and people who know me that they can really see the improvement of the appearance of my skin. The journey is not over yet, but I’m insanely thankful for that hard work she has done to make me feel happier and more confident about my skin!
