Dr Rizwan very much personally involved in addressing the issue of the patient. Quick treatment and morally supportive. The support staffs also very much personally taken care in solving the issues with various departments such as blood test , Scan etc to complete as quick as possible.

I visited Dr Pranab recently about my IBS. I really liked the way he listened to my problems and gave me some solutions that I had not tried. So far, they have been working for me and I plan to see him again.

استشرت الدكتور شريف لأن لي تجربة سيئة مع أحد زملائه، فأكد لي أن التحاليل التي أجريت أظهرت ضرورة إجراء فحوصات متعمقة، وأن ذلك يتطلب طلب موافقة شركة التأمين من المستشفى أولاً وأنه سيقوم بعمل اللازم، ثم تلقيت اتصالاً من أحد الموظفين أخبرني برفض الطلب. كنت أتمنى أن يكون الطبيب هو الذي أبلغني بالأمر وناقش معي الباقي، كنت أتمنى أن يتم إعلامي بعد ذلك، تم رفض التأمين وما الحل. وحتى لا أكون غير عادل معه، ربما يحاول إيجاد حل. ويؤسفني هذا النقص في التواصل وترك المريض لمصيره دون دعم أو توجيه
