Understanding,receptive,and offers good advice on how to handle traumatized children.

She was professional, neutral (not judgmental or inappropriate), understanding, respectful, quietly kind, gave me lots of space to talk about my issues, but also gave lots of helpful insights and guidance. It takes me a while to open up to new people, but it felt like a safe space where I could be open and honest and also supported.
