Check in Time takes too long, with long queues while it’s not needed when there is reception in the doctors section.

I am appalled by the behaviour of the lady at the reception - she was rude, arrogant. Maybe she was racist. I had an appointment with Dr. Herve at 3:30 pm today. It got late by 15 minutes. And so, I went to the lady to check. To my shock, she talked to me as if I had committed a crime by asking her. She said “he will come to you” in a very terse tone. Forget about an apology, there was not even a smile on her face. This is how you take care of patients!. You make them feel that they are inferior! She got irritated!

Dr. Rozina has taken great care of my injury. Medicines prescribed have significantly improved healing time. Injury is healing much faster than initial expectations. She proactively provides guidance and explanation, which is very helpful for a patient.
