My gallbladder was full of stones and needed to be removed to reduce risk of pancreatitis. AXA had referred me yet again to a consultant who was not a surgeon. I would have had to call AXA and have another appointment with a surgeon but Dr Vasilikostas fitted me in after his clinic finished and scheduled me for surgery within two weeks. He was kind, reassuring and professional.

Upon meeting with Mr Dighe I felt reassured and comforted in his professional manner. He explained the procedure and answered my questions throughly. One the day of the procedure, I felt meeting with him prior to the operation was very helpful as was briefly chatting to him whilst recovering.

Dr Rajas been brilliant. Only downside was after operation I wasnt seen to by Dr Raja who I appreciate was runninv around 90mins/2hrs behind but the hospital staff were able to tell me what I actually had done

Intrusive, bossy, short in his manner. Insisted on another in-person follow up. Felt entitled to criticize (my moderate) alcohol intake and put notes on this in my medical letter: I was there to check a hernia tear, not get a moralistic lecture. I urge Mr Wan to reconsider his position as a service provider and also work on his communication skills and bedside manner.
