Initial consultation & procedures were dealt with well & quite quick. However, I then had to chase for a follow up, as there was still no reason identified for my diagnosis. The secretary is difficult to get hold, often no replies to emails, so followed up through Spire secretaries. Eventually got a telephone appt, but didn't get called, was then told I should have gone in-person. Next appt cancelled at short notice. Re-schedule appt the Professor didn't turn up, was then told clinic was cancelled, but had no notification, so resulted in a wasted journey. Not sure if I can now be bothered with the hassle to follow up on my health issues!

Contacted Miss Souvatzi to ask if she could take on my case before proceeding with a consultation. She assured me she can. Before I paid, she seemed rather engaged. However, following payment, she pretty much dropped off the case and lost interest. I constantly had to push for standard things, such as getting scans read. Disappointing service for a very sensitive matter. Better to go directly via NHS.
