He was very professional and good at explaining what was happening.

Dr Pal had a calm demeanor which eased my nerves before my procedures. He was also patient and knowledgeable when answering my questions. I see him as someone who would take the time to make sure his patients are comfortable enough before proceeding to treatments. This is particularly important for me when it comes to seeking care for gynecology which is a very private subject. His secretary Emma had a professional tone in her voice and email communication. I feel that she had the interests of both Dr Pal and myself when liaising with us. During one of my procedures which didn’t require an aesthetic but still caused discomfort, the nurses/assistants took great care of me by giving clear directions and distracting me with small talks.

Miss Evans was the wonderful - I cannot recommend her highly enough. Miss Evans was patient with me, took the time to explain and show me my situation and was sensible in next steps - something I was desperately seeking in a Doctor! I sought Miss Adib's professional help as I had been suffering with longstanding painful intercourse which really affected my relationship with my partner and overall quality of life.
