Dr Naji was the 3rd doctor I had seen about my condition and I wasn’t really sure I was going to keep the appointment, however I did and it was the best decision I ever made. Every interaction has been completely reassuring. I felt informed and confident with Mr Naji in consultations, examinations and my procedure. All my questions were answered and he explained everything to me clearly and honestly. He was the first doctor who wasn’t dismissive and really took the time to make sure I was making the right decision for myself. He was always open to any question I had via his secretary Louise who was also amazing and eager to help. I’ve had a very fast recovery and I know that’s because of the amazing work of Dr Naji and his team. I sing his praises to anyone I know who would benefit from being under his care.

Dr. Purkayastha made me feel really comfortable and listened to. It was a problem I have been struggling with for many years and have struggled with finding online information and talking to other doctors about. She patiently listened to my problems and then clearly gave an explanation and set out my potential options. Only had 1 session so far, but would recommend this doctor.

My first consultation with Dr Yazbek took place over a year ago. During that meeting I received all the answers to my questions with regards to managing my situation with uterine fibroids. Dr Yazbek described clearly all available treatments to me, their benefits and potential risks. While still on the NHS waiting list, I have decided that I needed more urgent help as the fibroids were still growing and making my daily life rather difficult. Not only is Dr Yazbek, whom I chose to be my surgeon - a very skilled professional, but his way of communicating with a patient (calm, measured, empathetic and with great listening skills) make it very easy for me to recommend him to other patients.

Calm, clear with a professional manner

Dr Pal had a calm demeanor which eased my nerves before my procedures. He was also patient and knowledgeable when answering my questions. I see him as someone who would take the time to make sure his patients are comfortable enough before proceeding to treatments. This is particularly important for me when it comes to seeking care for gynecology which is a very private subject. His secretary Emma had a professional tone in her voice and email communication. I feel that she had the interests of both Dr Pal and myself when liaising with us. During one of my procedures which didn’t require an aesthetic but still caused discomfort, the nurses/assistants took great care of me by giving clear directions and distracting me with small talks.

I sought Miss Adib's professional help as I had been suffering with longstanding painful intercourse which really affected my relationship with my partner and overall quality of life. I had been to the GP many times with no diagnosis or management suggestions. Miss Adib was patient and thorough and after some trial and error managed to diagnose me with provoked vestibulodynia caused by use of the Kyleena coil. But more importantly, she prescribed me the medication that finally allowed me to be able to have a sex life again. I could not be grateful enough!

I can highly recommend Mr Kamel. I greatly appreciated how thorough he was, how he clearly and carefully explained every step of investigations and treatment and his kind and empathic approach. He actively listened to my concerns, did not make assumptions and put me at ease from the beginning.

Miss Ali is the best! Wonderful doctor and person! You know when she’s in the hospital,has a great presence! Just wants the absolute best for her patients and you can see how much she genuinely cares. No nonsense doctor who gets things done and when she’s around you know your getting the best care possible. Feel blessed to have had her looking after baby and my partner making me feel at ease. Thanks miss Ali. Keep being the best
