Doctor Kumar places you at ease by providing his full uninterrupted attention to everything you tell him, enabling him to immediately understand what may be wrong and subscribe the course of action which needs to be taken. Due to a very busy schedule, I left it for years over Covid to understand what my problem may or may not be and I wish I had approached Doctor Kumar sooner. The action he recommended as well as conducted didn’t take as long as I thought it would and a huge worry has now been lifted, with Doctor Kumar offering options for me to consider in my own time. Very impressed.

My gallbladder was full of stones and needed to be removed to reduce risk of pancreatitis. AXA had referred me yet again to a consultant who was not a surgeon. I would have had to call AXA and have another appointment with a surgeon but Dr Vasilikostas fitted me in after his clinic finished and scheduled me for surgery within two weeks. He was kind, reassuring and professional.

At nearly 80 years of age, I was nervous about having a hernia operation. However, Mr Menenzes put me at ease with his friendly, empathetic matter and clear explanation of the procedure. I made a quick recovery with minimum discomfort which I attribute to Mr Menenzes's skill as a surgeon and the excellent care I received from the nursing staff at the Nuffield Hospital in Woking. I cannot thank Mr Menenzes enough for taking such excellent care of me.

I found Professor Humadi totally attentive, compassionate, professional and considerate to my plight and needs. I never had any doubts to his immense talents and now with hindsight I am very grateful that it was him, Professor Humadi who had been selected to deal with me. Friendly & professional

Intrusive, bossy, short in his manner. Insisted on another in-person follow up. Felt entitled to criticize (my moderate) alcohol intake and put notes on this in my medical letter: I was there to check a hernia tear, not get a moralistic lecture. I urge Mr Wan to reconsider his position as a service provider and also work on his communication skills and bedside manner.
