We arrived early but were seen straight away. Very efficient and friendly.

Only flaw was having to request a cup of tea twice on two occasions, not life threatening

Easy to arrange appointments and the reception staff are always most helpful. Good facilities well maintained and kept very clean.

Nurse bedside manner can overall improve. I felt like a burden and a nuisance at times. Given a room by the kitchen and so for the duration I felt like I was in a market.
