I credit Professor Aziz with saving my life. After catching Covid I was debilitatingly ill for three years. I saw countless doctors and tried numerous medications. No one could understand what was wrong and causing my fainting, severe reactions to stimuli and delirium. Professor Aziz’s experience and knowledge gave me my life back and the ability to raise my child; something that had become unimaginable for me and my husband. He is an expert and a true physician; a rare thing these days. He is a credit to his profession and a hero to patients like me.

I went to see Dr Gess very concerned with suspected inflammatory bowel disease. He immediately put me at ease, taking the time and effort to ensure he understood every aspect of my case and addressed all of my concerns, with great empathy. He was extremely thorough and efficient in getting to the bottom of my symptoms and ruling out anything serious. Throughout my (excellent) care, he was very engaging, clear and patient in explaining the course of action, procedures and results in as much detail as I needed, without me ever feeling rushed.  He always made me feel so comfortable, and his ability to “read the situation and patient” and act and respond accordingly was very accurate, and unique in my experience. I’ve suffered with symptoms since I was a child and have seen multiple doctors over the years, and Dr Gess was the first and only doctor to really help me understand my symptoms and how to best manage them. He really is a brilliant doctor with a wonderful manner, combined with a very high level of confidence, experience and knowledge, all which made me feel very reassured and for which I’m extremely grateful. Catherine, his lovely secretary, was equally outstanding in my dealings, with nothing too much trouble. She also manages his practice very efficiently too, ensuring an excellent experience overall.  I have great trust and respect for Dr Gess, who really stands-out as an exceptional example of his profession. I certainly wouldn't hesitate to see him again and would highly recommend him to anyone seeking help in his area of expertise.

Dr Prasad was approachable, very professional and understanding. He explained all the risks involved of the two procedures he performed. I felt comfortable to ask him anything on my mind. I would highly recommend him.

Dr Sinha has been one of the most fantastic and helpful doctors I have seen giving me the time and space to look into the route cause of my symptoms. Then working out the best plan to treat them. Absolutely fantastic! Thank you for all your help and support I could not of asked for better!

Dr. Anet Soubières was extremely helpful every time we met. She recommended a couple of procedures we did to confirm what symptoms I was feeling and whether this was associated with IBS/IBD. She explained the results thoroughly and made sure I understood them as well. Overall a great experience.

Dr Ahmad was thoughtful and considered in his approach to my concerns. His thinking related to his speciality appears to be current and evidence based which is reassuring. He is prompt in his reply and cannot fault him. He goes above and beyond.
