The staff were very professional and friendly, made me feel at ease and welcome. My appointment was with Dr Shyamalan at 1.30pm, but a room wasn't available for my procedure until after 2pm....so a small wait time. Dr Shyalaman did keep me fully informed on timings and offered us drinks etc. The procedure was carried out with full details of what was happening all the way through, I really liked this. As a nervous patient it was good to have conversation.

My experience was a good one as all the staff were polite and helpful.

Throughout my hospital stay, including my pre and post operative appointments, I have found all staff to be professional, informative, caring, sensitive and friendly, which put me at ease throughout the whole process. I found the South Bank Hospital environment to be pleasant and conducive to a speedy recovery.

Well, this was a very different GP experience. Rather than having to run through symptoms at pace, my son was made to feel so comfortable and Dr England patiently listened. We left the appointment feeling settled and now have a plan of action. Great advice was given but most important of all, we felt heard. Thank you so much.
