My experience at OneWelbeck Skin Health and Allergy was a pleasant one. I had to get in touch over the phone a few times to get my appointment date and time changed and it was always handled in a very efficient and friendly manner. My appointment also went well and all the hospital staff I interacted with were lovely. The place was clean, quiet, looked nice, and had a calm air about it, which felt different to other hospitals I have been in and helped ebb my anxiety away a little bit. Thank you!

The diagnostic tests were conducted with the utmost efficiency and precision. They explained each test in detail, which helped alleviate any anxiety I had and ensured I knew what to expect. Moreover, the hospital itself is modern, clean, and well-equipped with the latest technology. The environment is both professional and comforting, which significantly contributes to the overall positive experience. Overall my experience with HCA was ok - especially the care side which was friendly and effective, but the admin side was less efficient, particularly in terms of clarity in pricing and payment processes which seemed complex and uncoordinated.

I was an NHS patient in the Sainsbury wing prior to and after a TAVI procedure. All the staff were caring and extremely attentive and as far as I can tell I was not treated any differently to a private patient.
