Experience at this hospital very pleasant

Better signage would be helpful.

Hospital was very clean and staff were very efficient and welcoming throughout my stay, my one suggestion would be to allow patients to arrive closer to their procedure time when having local anesthetic, as there are only a small amount of checks needed prior therefor a lot of waiting around.

Very calm and reassuring atmosphere where every member of staff from the cleaner to the consultant was polite and helpful.

I rang out of the blue with a recommendation for a consultant. The response was excellent: warm and friendly and efficient, and an appointment was arranged on the day itself. All aspects of the procedures were extremely good.

I originally came to Jills at Tragus for wax removal. This proved to be really stubborn and needed two sessions but i had complete confidence in Jills. With the wax removed Jills did a hearing test which showed i needed hearing aids(which i knew as i had had some in the past which I couldn't get on with). I had a two week free trial of hearing aids. Any problems were quickly resolved with WhatsApp messages or a quick appointment. This trial gave me the confidence to know I would be able to manage the devices. They are surprisingly easy to use(for an elderly person) and JIlls showed me how to control them with a smartphone. I have been back a few times for fine tuning to get the best possible result. I can't believe any other hearing aid provider would offer this level of service and aftercare.
