Excellent all members of staff helpful.

The hospital was clean, tidy and the facilities were excellent. Didn't enjoy the check in process and the self check in failed but apart from this it wad overall a good experience

The Vesey hospital is clean, well lit and inviting. The staff was kind and friendly, our only concern was the wait time as we had arrived 10 minutes early for our appointment but the consultant was not made aware until I asked nearly 10 minutes after our appointment time.

im a bit late in doing this review but i had radiotherapy at genesis Birmingham at the end of Feb and into March this year. it was wonderful having a driver collect me and my husband each day a Sutton Coldfield isn't close to where we live. All the staff we saw on site were friendly, welcoming and supportive. The centre itself whilst being a medical centre doesn't feel very medical so you can forget a little the reason you're there. I highly recommend genesis Birmingham.

All my experiences with West Midlands Hospital have been great. The staff are friendly and helpful. There wait times were minimal and the different departments within the hospital work well together. I’m extremely happy to have had my surgery’s with them and would recommend them going forward. Thank you to all staff at the hospital for all you do

Friendly staff drinks if you need them comfortable waiting area like the doctor coming to call you.
