Mike offers a holistic approach to wellness, and has given me a lot of good advice about nutrition and fitness in addition to physiotherapy. Mike's calm and friendly manner has always made me feel at ease.

I experienced several issues post-COVID and after receiving the vaccines, including food intolerance and neck and shoulder pain. After a few cupping sessions with Yani, I found significant relief. My food intolerance improved, allowing me to eat many foods I hadn't been able to enjoy for almost three years. Yani is a wonderful acupuncturist, and I highly recommend her services.

I came to Gus with a calf injury which had stopped me running eight weeks out from a marathon. Gus diagnosed the issue, helped me strengthen the muscles to prevent it returning and gave me a training plan that got me back on track. He’s knowledgeable, practical and realistic. He understood I didn’t want a zero risk plan - but to get to the event and complete it (which I did with no pain and a time I’m delighted with).
