I went to IPM following a word and mouth recommendation. I have found the staff to be friendly, professional and very committed to delivering satisfaction. My only disappointment is that, as a self-funding client, the initial assessment significantly underestimated the treatment sessions that would be required which has had a major impact upon budgeting and has become a sizeable, unplanned financial commitment.

Only had an initial consultation but very pleased with the clean relaxed environment and friendly staff.

I’ve been a patient at PSM - Raynes Park for around 18 months and would highly recommend it to anyone. Great facility with excellent physios and clinicians, who are technical experts in a wide variety of issues.

HCA ancillary staff were excellent and friendly, putting me at ease. The one exception is that despite being fully covered by private medical insurance (incl pre-authorisation codes and competing multiple online forms and confirming details) the HCA administrative/ reception staff on arrival were overly focused on (and their primary priority is to) obtain credit card details and associated authorisation for extra procedures and tests which go beyond the scope of the referral and pre-authorisation in case suggested. The requested authorisation is open-ended and requested at a point when patients are vulnerable. The HCA admin staff were unable to explain why authorisation was required in my circumstances with full insurance coverage - all they could manage was a weak “it’s just our process”.

Small clinic meant it felt intimate and the staff were always so attentive - much more personable than going to a hospital for scans / check-ups

This is the second operation I have had with Prof Imam and could not be happier. Exceptional! My physiotherapist in France told me you should congratulate your surgeon for the great work. Can not recommend more!

Hannah Hobbs looked after me on several occasions and did an amazing job sorting me out. As well as clearly technically knowing what to do and how to help me, her enthusiasm and positive attitude is very motivating and encourages one to do the necessary homework to get the results.
